What is GoUP?
GoUP is a public competitive leaderboard. Each listing has a score based on its cumulative successfully confirmed payments, minus refunded or reversed amounts. Higher scores rank higher.
What do I get when I pay?
Your confirmed payment is added to the selected listing's cumulative score. That score determines its position under the published ranking rules.
Am I buying clicks or impressions?
No quantity of clicks, impressions, visitors, leads, or sales is sold or guaranteed. Visitors decide whether to open listings. Any displayed click count is an observed product metric.
How long will a position last?
There is no guaranteed duration. Another listing can move above yours by reaching a higher score.
Can I add more later?
Yes. Submit the same eligible URL or @handle again. The current interface requires an addition large enough to pass the current leader by at least $1.
Can a new listing pay less than the amount needed for #1?
Yes. A new listing does not need to take first place. Its confirmed score determines the position it reaches.
What happens after payment?
GoUP confirms the order with the payment provider, adds the amount to the listing's score, and recalculates the board. If manual moderation is enabled, the score is recorded while the listing waits to be published.
Are payments refundable?
Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, applicable law, and payment-provider rules. Being surpassed is an expected leaderboard event and does not automatically qualify for a refund. Report duplicate, unauthorized, or technically failed payments to support.hnr@gmail.com. Refunds and reversals reduce the listing's score.
Can GoUP remove a listing?
Yes. GoUP can reject, hide, suspend, or remove listings that break the Rules, create risk, or require further verification. Payment and refund questions are handled separately under the Terms.
